Thankful!

So much to be thankful for.

To me, how I show my appreciation is or should be the equal to my fortunes, which in reality shouldn't take effort. I have learnt the equal can be simple, like giving time, purely just showing appreciation and being present, being empathetic and compassionate, being honest, humble and loyal or just having the capacity to just listen when needed.

Again this word surfaces...perception. Not all humans see tangibles the same, never mind non-tangles. All the above is based off of individual perception and realization of what we all have and take for granted, like the breath we automatically take every couple seconds of our lives.

It can be super humbling to sit back in silence and think about all that we take for granted that we should be so grateful for.

For me, a great day to read over “Mastery” by Stewart Emery.

To all I wish a happy thanksgiving weekend!

  1. Gratitude is very powerful, and can help shift our perspectives. Too often we focus on the negatives and blur out all the beauty around us.
