Changing sight on life

I have been going through SI Joint pain to a point of not being able to lift my left foot any more than 5cm off the ground with excruciating hip pain. I finally got in for a massage, was assessed and manipulated by an ART and on Monday was assessed and went through a physio session. I believe the physiotherapist session will be my true long term turning event for my injury. I left the physio appointment with four exercises and in three days feel relief and more hip mobility.

Aside from that, I have great conversations with these practitioners and walk away physically and mentally awakened.

Conversation with my masseuse lead into stress and the fact that it’s level of impact negative or positive is primarily based off of our personal mental perception of the situation.

For the most part we all know solutions to our personal challenges. We know the value to mediation and calming the mind, yet the vast majority of people do not practice this. I’m as guilt as any.

“My stress” is based off of “my personal perception of the situation!” Stress is the number killer. Stress amplifies the effects of all diseases…and a large part of how I view this is playing a big part in its outcome. Seems like a no brainer.
