Good Intentions
Blogging for me is a usually a reflection of what I have learnt and reminder as a write. I typically present my blogs with hopes that I can share and spark interest for others to further explore these topics for their own use.
Through
my life I have made many mistakes and have had to work through them on my own
at a cost, be it financially or in physical or mental health.
To
anyone who may read my entries, I really try to present my findings and
opinions in a way that can be relatable and moves an individual in a positive
direction. I have done this with my family, it can reel in the questions or it
can have an opposite effect. I have learnt a little from this in my own
interactions being on the other side of the fence that I need to be receptive
to other people’s perceptions and maybe try to dive into where they may be
coming from in a deeper level.
I
believe most people have good intentions and this is where I hope others stand
as well. To stay humble, truthful, honest and to try to listen more than give
direction seems to keep me in a better place. With that I find there’s a fine
line when I write…I hope I don’t seem too far in the wrong direction.
I have to remind myself of this as well. Even people who have such different opinions or paths than me, they are doing what they believe to be right based on their experiences. And we all have different experiences, so how could I expect everyone to believe as I do? What we do share is intention. I believe people do have good intentions. Those who don’t are the outliers.
