A Simple Task

Many of you might appreciate this shorter journal entry, as some have been quite long.

This might be simple for me to see and feel as I feel like I’m on a literal high right now. I just got out of my one on one with Sifu Brinker. Our meetings are so special and uplifting. No it’s not the coffee that’s giving me the high, it’s my appreciation for what the meetings have been doing for me, more specifically what Sifu Jeff Brinker brings to my life.

This is my entry. I ask one thing of each of my IHC teammates…take this weekend to truly dig deep in your heart and dissect your surroundings to really see what you have to be appreciative of in your life.

To the younger generation of the group or to any of us for that matter, we may not realize what we have in front of us today for another 20 years. Enjoy this simple task that hopefully one day becomes something you don’t have to think about to realize.

I wish you all a very special weekend.
