Rolling Ball

On my mind is really understanding oneself. This is a path that takes a lot of reaching within. Learning what makes me tick took a painful dive into how I came about. Learning history was and is critical for me to understand and grow.

There are so many influencing factors in all occurrences in life and creation.
When and what I feel emotionally is dictated not by the act or occurrence, it’s about how I internally react. So, for me to deal with the occurrence and to have it serve me and accept, I feel I need to learn more about my triggers and how to control my preconceived narrative. Then I thought how were my triggers programmed…this may go back generations, from personalities which were created from their growing environment and so on, Infinity…
I realize I just dipped into a topic that is bigger than I could ever fully explain or understand. But my point to opening this in my blog is for me to remember that emotionally or physically, everything happens for a reason, it’s a continuous. Everything is a result! I have come up with the thought that everything, I mean everything, starts as a result, I don’t think I have ever started anything…It’s all just a continuation of. Hmmm. Is there really a past or is all the present (like rolling a ball across the floor!). What would you define as the past, present and future?
So to take this into another dimension. When we view an injury; how far back do we look to determine its cause and how we treat our bodies or do we just view the direct injury site as the problem and refrain from any holistic thought or past consideration? Are we living like a rolling ball? Should we be? Would that help us “always” be in the present, living in the moment, always be in tune with intention? Live as a rolling ball...hmmm?
I was hoping to stay on one topic today, as I typically run from one to another. I will end this here.
